GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB : To take care of the guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Check-in guests
• Check-out guests
• Summons luggage assistance to assist guests with luggage
• Sorts and distributes incoming mail
• Cashier
• Communicate changes to appropriate departments
• Opening and posting charges
• Print guests' bills and collect payments, and verify guest's credit cards
• Answer switchboard and transfer to appropriate departments or guest
• Prepare reports
• Maintains lobby area and coffee station

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE : There is no prior experience or training required to perform the essential functions of this job.

LANGUAGE SKILLS : Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS : Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

REASONING ABILITY : Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but involved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS : This position requires no certificates, licenses, or registrations to perform the essential functions.
