Personal/Executive Assistant and Travel Companion to the CEO

The Personal/Executive Assistant and Travel Companion to the CEO is responsible for supporting both personal and professional aspects of the CEO's daily agenda. The Personal Assistant will also manage all household/family activities, travel, and daily tasks. The right candidate will be adept at managing multiple C-level projects and family events. The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with our CEO, Executive Management Team and highly successful business owners.

Responsibilities include:

\n

\n
• Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between CEO, family, staff, and business associates.
\n
• Manage all personal and household calendars, appointments, and reservations.
\n
• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including private aviation, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
\n
• Conduct errands for both family household and corporate properties.
\n
• Perform light housework and meal preparation.
\n

Additional Travel Requirements

\n

\n
• Must be accessible nights/occasional weekends to assist with travel and schedule coordination.
\n
• Must be available at all time to travel with up to 24 hours’ notice.
\n
• Travel with the CEO and/or family as needed to coordinate agenda, travel/hotel, and provide personal support.
\n
• Must be present with the CEO (at the CEO’s direction) during travel and at the destination*
\n
• Must be available for questions, scheduling, and accompaniment during travel.
\n
• Must be proficient with Apple/Google Suite, Microsoft office, travel booking services.
\n

\n

*If more than 8 people are expected to stay at a location, a separate facility will be provided for the travel companion.

• Flexibility with workday and schedule, ability to work overtime as needed.
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
\n
• Must be proficient with a Smart Phone (Android/iPhone)

General Requirements

\n

\n
• Minimum of 5 years personal assistant experience, preferably with 3+ years supporting C-level executives in a private home.
\n

\n

\n

\n
• Diploma required and degree preferred.
\n

\n

\n
