Field Computer Specialist | Active Top Secret clearance

Role Overview As a Field Computer Specialist, you'll join our IT Technology Development division within the NCIS ITD organization at Joint Base Anacostia‑Bolling, DC. You'll provide technical advice and guidance on installation, adaptation, configuration, and/or enhancement of company technical products, programs, and systems. On‑site engineering technicians who utilize analytical and critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and problems with equipment or systems. What You Will Do Provide IT support throughout area of responsibility. Utilize ServiceNow for change management, ticketing system and asset inventory. Coordinate troubleshooting efforts for resolution of network outages. Perform Trusted Agent functions for SIPR Token program. Assist users in the region with VTC system deployment and maintenance. Support various admin duties. Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets. Why It Might Be a Fit Have 5+ years of experience with network administration and user support. Experience in a military environment. Required certifications: Security+ CE, GSEC, SSCP or CCNA‑Security. AAS Degree or equivalent work experience.
