Responsible for leading and managing the transition ofthe current MSA - Verizon Carrier Services billing and invoicing processes,systems, and operational workflows to the T1776 Contract framework Job Description Responsible for leading and managing the transition ofthe current MSA - Verizon Carrier Services billing and invoicing processes,systems, and operational workflows to the T1776 Contract framework. Ensuresseamless migration, compliance with contractual requirements, and minimalimpact to business operations. Job Requirements Oversee end to end transition planning and execution for VerizonCarrier Services billing and invoicing migration to the T1776 Contract.Coordinate with internal stakeholders, Verizon teams, finance, procurement, andcontract management groups to align on requirements and deliverables. Analyzecurrent billing processes, identify gaps, and define the future state workflow under the T1776 Contract. Develop andmaintain transition timelines, risk assessments, mitigation plans, andcommunication strategies. Validate invoice accuracy, structure alignment,and contractual compliance throughout the migration. Required/Desired Skills Experience supporting Verizon carrier services under the State of New Jersey T1776 contract - Required 7 Years Telecommunications Service Ordering - Required 7 Years Contract Migration Management - Required 7 Years Telecom Service Ordering - Required 7 Years Questions Absences greater than two weeks MUST be approved by CAI management in advance, and contact information must be provided to CAI so that the resource can be reached during his or her absence.
