Project Scheduler

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Project Scheduler to sit fully onsite in Middle River, MD. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and maintaining integrated schedules across 12–15 concurrent manufacturing and capital projects while serving as a central point of coordination between all business units. This individual must possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align multiple business units, resolve scheduling conflicts, and provide clear schedule visibility, risk assessments, and executive-level reporting to support on-time project delivery.

Compensation:

$30/hr to $35/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

• 4 years of project scheduling

o Plus if it is in manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, automotive, or production environment

• Experience utilizing Microsoft Projects or similar scheduling software such as ProCore, Oracle Primavera

• Experience managing schedules across 15+ concurrent projects

• Ability to develop and maintain integrated project schedules

• Experience managing project interdependencies and milestone alignment

• Ability to forecast schedule risks and develop recovery plans

• Ability to communicate effectively with different business units
