You'll manage service appointments, optimize technician schedules, and ensure clear communication between the office, customers, and field staff. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate technician schedules based on availability, location, and expertiseManage daily service appointments to maximize efficiency and customer satisfactionCommunicate appointment details and arrival windows to customersSupport technicians with scheduling updates and route adjustments throughout the dayRespond quickly to urgent service requests and changing prioritiesAnswer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer serviceMaintain accurate scheduling records and customer informationCollaborate with office personnel and field teams to ensure timely completion of work ordersQualificationsRequiredMinimum of 2 years of customer service experienceStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesProficiency with computers and scheduling softwareAbility to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced settingExperience handling high call volumes and multi-line phone systemsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsPreferredPrevious experience in dispatching, scheduling, service coordination, or a similar roleExperience in the plumbing, HVAC, construction, or home services industryFamiliarity with ServiceTitan softwareKnowledge of local service areas and route planningCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screening upon being given a conditional offer of employment
