. Internship Objective Provide hands-on experience across the full learning and development lifecycle while contributing to high-impact leadership development initiatives. The intern will build practical capability in instructional design, facilitation, program management, stakeholder partnership, and evaluation by working through the ADDIE process on an assigned learning project. They will also contribute to the continued scaling and delivery of View email address on click.appcast.io, our flagship leadership development program, and gain exposure to the planning of View email address on click.appcast.io and other enterprise development initiatives. What You’ll Do:

The intern will complete an end-to-end learning project using the ADDIE framework. Beginning with a defined business or learning need, they will conduct analysis, develop learning objectives and an instructional approach, create supporting content/materials, implement or pilot the solution, and evaluate its effectiveness. The internship will conclude with a presentation of the solution, results, lessons learned, and recommendations for future iteration or scale. Support the continued scaling, coordination, and delivery of View email address on click.appcast.io, including program materials, participant experience, communications, logistics, and evaluation. Complete an assigned learning project using the full ADDIE methodology: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Participate in and progressively take ownership of facilitation opportunities, with coaching and feedback provided throughout the internship. Support learning needs analysis, content development, instructional design, and evaluation across leadership and employee development initiatives. Contribute to planning for View email address on click.appcast.io, including session development, stakeholder coordination, communications, and event/program planning. Analyze participant feedback and learning data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and recommend program improvements. Partner with HR, business leaders, facilitators, and subject matter experts to support learning initiatives and build exposure to enterprise L&D work. Assist with additional leadership development and talent initiatives based on business priorities. What You’ll Bring:

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in a relevant discipline at an accredited university, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029 (rising junior or rising senior). Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Available to work full-time for 12 weeks during summer 2027. Reliable transportation to and from the work location. Authorization to work in the United States. Preferred Skills Target majors: Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Development, Organizational Leadership, and Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Adult Education, Communications, Business Administration, or Psychology with a focus on training, leadership development, or employee development Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Coursework or experience in instructional design, adult learning, HR, organizational development, education, communications, or a related field preferred. Strong written and verbal communication Presentation and facilitation skills or interest in developing them Project management and organizational skills Curiosity and willingness to learn Ability to synthesize information and translate it into practical learning experiences Comfort working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders What You’ll Receive:

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $20 to $25 per hour. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and may change over time.
