Territory: South San Francisco Monterey | Field-Based

What Youll Earn

• $80,000$130,000+ in Year 1 (base + uncapped commission)
• Our current salesperson made over $130k last year in their first full year.
• Bonuses for hitting targets
• Car + phone allowance

What Youll Be Doing

• Prospecting daily (in-person) at warehouses, industrial parks & construction sites
• Finding businesses using large roll-off dumpsters (2040 yard)
• Pitching a clear cost-saving solution (this isnt a nice-to-have)
• Running quick on-site evaluations and demos
• Closing deals and building long-term accounts
• Owning your territory and pipeline
