Email Designer

$15 per hour

Full-time

Exchange Life

About us: Exchange Life is a fast-growing travel jewellery and community brand. We send several marketing emails every week and need a designer who can keep up.

What you'll do:

Design on-brand campaign emails for Klaviyo (hero, product blocks, CTAs), mobile-first
Match our current design standard: our new Arcady-redesigned flows
Turn a brief and copy into a finished, send-ready design within 48 hours
Handle 2–4+ emails a week, with room to grow

What we're looking for:

A portfolio of DTC / ecommerce email designs (please send links)
Figma skills; Klaviyo drag-and-drop experience is a big plus
Reliable turnaround and clear communication
Bonus: experience with AI image tools

To apply: send your portfolio plus 2–3 email designs you're proudest of. The best applicants get a paid test email.

Pay: $15 USD per hour email, paid every two weeks. Long-term work for the right person.
