Founding Designer

Founding Designer We are looking for a Founding Designer (employee #5) who is excited to reimagine the consumer travel experience with AI at its core. You will have enormous ownership over the shape and direction of the product, and you will be responsible for foundational user experience decisions. You will explore novel interaction patterns for how AI can fundamentally change how we experience travel. Responsibilities Solving hard UX problems from scratch, owning the solution throughout the entire product development lifecycle. Defining the design system of a new consumer product. Contributing to the creation of the team culture and internal processes. Qualifications A strong product thinker who is customer obsessed and eager to put themselves in the shoes of the user to craft a great experience. Experience designing high-quality products across web and mobile at a fast pace. Desire for ownership and thriving on a small team. Motivation to iterate and improve a product rapidly.
