We're seeking a talented freelance Visual Designer to bring engaging campaigns to life across digital channels. This is an ongoing, fully remote opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented designer who excels in motion, polished visual storytelling, and fast-paced campaign work.


You'll create assets for paid social, search, email, and web promotions, collaborating with a creative and marketing team that values autonomy, thoughtful ideas, and high-quality execution. From animated seasonal campaigns to evolving brand visuals and future packaging initiatives, this role offers a varied mix of hands-on design work.


What You'll Do

• Design compelling digital assets for Meta and Google ads, email campaigns, and website promotions.
• Create motion graphics and animations from established creative concepts.
• Use Photoshop to retouch imagery and extend backgrounds for campaign layouts.
• Review and refine marketing content for clear, natural US English copy.
• Contribute design options and concepts for larger campaigns when needed.
• Support occasional print, packaging, and retail-related creative as the brand grows.


What You Bring

• Strong visual design portfolio with demonstrated animation or motion design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, layout, and brand consistency.
• Ability to move confidently between digital-first design and occasional print projects.
• Packaging familiarity is a plus.
• Comfort working independently, managing deadlines, and communicating clearly in a remote environment.


Role Details

• Employment Type: Freelance
• Hours: Approximately 10-20 hours per week, with potential to grow
• Location: Fully remote; West Coast or Austin-based candidates are especially welcome
• Collaboration: Asana, Slack, and Miro
• Schedule: Flexible availability during standard business hours, with reliable deadline ownership
