Enjoy the beautiful coastal community that offers a balanced lifestyle and a vibrant community.Key ResponsibilitiesUtilize advanced assessment techniques to evaluate patient conditions, formulating comprehensive initial evaluations and treatment plans tailored to patient needs.Document patient treatment progress including evaluations, re-evaluations, and discharge summaries while ensuring compliance with departmental policies.Deliver exceptional, evidence-based orthopedic interventions, enhancing mobility and functional independence through targeted therapeutic exercises and modalities.Engage patients in their rehabilitation journey, fostering a motivating environment that encourages participation in therapy and adherence to treatment protocols.Leverage cutting-edge software for objective measurement of patient outcomes, ensuring that progress is quantitatively assessed and communicated effectively.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize rehabilitation outcomes, building relationships that enhance our service delivery.Patient Population / Client FocusAs an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population ranging from children to older adults, addressing a variety of orthopedic and neurologic conditions. Our focus on inclusive treatment means you will engage with patients of all backgrounds, crafting individualized care strategies that respect their unique needs and preferences.QualificationsThe successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited physical therapy program. A valid Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida is required; candidates with a temporary permit will be considered. Additionally, candidates should maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Preferred ExperienceExperience in outpatient orthopedic settings is highly desirable, with familiarity in treating musculoskeletal disorders.Proven ability to engage patients in their treatment through effective communication and motivational techniques.Experience using digital platforms for documentation and patient assessments, enhancing workflow efficiency.Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
