Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately determine clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to inform your evaluations.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on a thorough understanding of clients' distinct needs and life circumstances, ensuring that therapy is client-centered and goal-oriented.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, applying a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, case managers, and other professionals involved in the treatment team to provide integrated care that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.

Qualifications\n
