Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns. This involves gathering detailed personal histories and current emotional states to formulate effective treatment strategies.

• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique challenges and goals, ensuring a client-centered approach.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques that are supported by clinical research. This includes interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), amongst others.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive and integrated care for clients in a manner that fosters open communication and teamwork.

• Engage with clients’ families, providing them with education and resources to promote their understanding and participation in the recovery process, thus contributing to a holistic treatment approach.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of all client interactions and treatments, strictly adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards set forth in the mental health profession.

Qualifications\n
