Project Manager

Phoenix Centre is seeking a highly organized and dedicated Project Manager for a full‑time role based in Louisiana, United States. The candidate will manage projects from conception through to successful completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders are required. Responsibilities Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables. Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Perform risk management to minimise potential risks and create contingency plans. Establish and maintain relationships with all relevant stakeholders, providing regular status reports. Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Ensure all project documentation is comprehensive, current, and stored appropriately. Qualifications Proven working experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role. Excellent understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills, including the ability to lead and manage diverse team members. Exceptional organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency with project management software tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is a significant advantage.
