Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Damage Estimator and become a vital part of delivering exceptional collision repair and automotive service experiences. In this energetic role, you will assess vehicle damage accurately, prepare detailed estimates, and communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians. Your body and mechanical knowledge and estimating expertise will drive customer satisfaction and streamline repair processes, ensuring vehicles are restored to their optimal condition efficiently. CCC One knowledge is a plus. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about automotive repair and customer service, this opportunity is perfect for you!
Responsibilities
- Perform physical inspections of damaged vehicles
- Determine the extent of damage
- Document repairs needed and review insurance estimates
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Estimator is preferred
- Excellent written communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
