Mental Health Technician: Therapeutic Presence & Team Support
Blueridge Vista Behavioral Hospital
BlueRidge Vista in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Mental Health Technician (MHT) to help build a calm, structured milieu where healing can take root. You will perform safety rounds, observations, 1:1s, and support admissions, discharges, and care plan movements. The role emphasizes empathy, consistency, and clear communication with patients, families, and the care team; prior STNA/EMT or college experience preferred; strong teamwork.
