Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, train, and motivate sales staff Monitor and evaluate salesperson performance and productivity Set and track monthly and annual sales, gross profit, and expense objectives Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns Manage vehicle inventory, including ordering and merchandising Oversee and administer manufacturer programs and initiatives Analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales data to drive performance Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency Maintain compliance with company policies and professional standards Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance documentation Qualifications 5-7 years of automotive sales experience, with management experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Personal values to align with company values of Integrity, Teamwork, Innovation, Respect, and Excellence Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years driving experience) Personal values to align with company values #J-18808-Ljbffr K Motors 3
