About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted strategic advisor and key partner to the CEO and executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, strategic prioritization, and executive decision support within the organization. This role is pivotal in facilitating enterprise coordination, leading high-impact initiatives, and enhancing organizational effectiveness, particularly in a fast-paced government contracting environment. The Chief of Staff will also be tasked with ensuring the successful execution of strategic priorities, acting as a force multiplier for the C-suite, and leading efforts to improve operational efficiency and align business functions with strategic goals. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and a minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience, including senior operational leadership in government contracting, defense, intelligence, or federal services. The role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of government contracting operations, program delivery, and executive-level business management. Key competencies include executive presence, strategic thinking, exceptional judgment, and the ability to influence without direct authority. The ideal candidate will be a highly collaborative, action-oriented leader with the ability to anticipate and mitigate operational challenges, and will have a background in supporting or interacting with executive leadership, boards, and senior stakeholders.
