- # Experienced Forklift Operator | Swing Shift Material Handler | Line SupplyApply: United States, Oregon, Canby: Full time: Posted Today: WD50378**Forklift Operator / Skilled Material Handler - Swing Shift**Canby, OR | Full-Time | Union PositionEarn up to $27.22/hour within your first year, plus bonuses, overtime opportunities, and weekly pay.**Pay Progression including wage progression and shift differential:**• $21.50/hour starting rate• $23.02/hour after 90 days• $23.67/hour following the February 2027 contract increase• $25.22/hour after 1 yearSkilled material handlers receive $1.00 premium at 6 months and $2.00 premium at 12 months**Additional Earnings:**• Overtime opportunities• Quarterly bonus up to 4%• $750 February 2027 retention bonus**Benefits:**• Medical, dental, vision, life, home/auto purchase benefit, and HSA• 401(k) with automatic company contributions and company match opportunity• Paid holidays, vacation, parental leave and sick time• Company-paid uniforms, safety shoes and PPE• Fitness reimbursement• Free battery program• Advancement opportunities**Schedule:**3:00 pm - 11:30 pm Monday - Friday, must be available to work daily overtime and weekends as needed.**What You'll Do:**• Operate sit-down forklift in the assembly department• Move and stage materials for production lines• Maintain schedule and inventory accuracy• Follow all safety, quality, environmental, and production standards**Qualifications:**• 1+ year of forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment• Basic computer, reading, writing and math skills• Ability to work daily overtime up to 12 hours and weekends as needed• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work in an industrial environment• Ability to wear required PPE• Successful completion of pre-employment background check, physical, drug screen, and employment eligibility verification**About Clarios:**For more than 50 years, our Canby facility has manufactured automotive batteries.
