CompensationAnnual Base Salary: $71,000 + Performance-Based Incentives

We're looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced transportation environment and is passionate about leading drivers, exceeding customer expectations, and building high-performing teams.

⭐ What You'll Do???? Lead daily dispatch operations and ensure routes are executed safely, efficiently, and on time.
???? Recruit, hire, coach, and develop professional drivers.
???? Drive customer satisfaction while achieving operational KPIs.
????️ Ensure DOT, FMCSA, and Hours of Service compliance.
⚙️ Partner with Maintenance to maximize fleet uptime.
???? Utilize Samsara, McLeod, Microsoft 365, Tenstreet, and transportation technology.
???? Continuously improve safety, productivity, and operational performance.
✅ What You Bring✔ Transportation, logistics, or fleet leadership experience
✔ Strong knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and HOS regulations
✔ Dispatch and scheduling experience
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✔ Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing employees
✔ Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
✔ A commitment to safety, accountability, and operational excellence
???? Schedule Monday-Friday
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekend support as business needs require.
