Nurse Educator

Position Overview The Nurse Senior – Educator collaborates within the IR/Cath Lab to deliver exceptional patient care, focusing on physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Key Responsibilities Apply the nursing process to plan and manage patient care, including education and care continuity. Lead, delegate, and mentor team members. Provide formal and informal education to nurses, health professionals, and students. Utilize the Quality Caring Model to ensure high standards of nursing performance. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program (BSN/MSN). Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State. Minimum 5 years of RN experience. Preferred certifications aligned with responsibilities.
