Field Nurse Educator

Role Overview As a Nurse Educator, you will support patients with chronic conditions by providing personalized education on therapies, promoting treatment adherence, and facilitating communication with healthcare providers. Your responsibilities include connecting patients with approved resources, delivering disease-specific training, and encouraging behavioral changes to improve health outcomes. Key Responsibilities Support patient understanding of prescribed medications and management strategies. Promote adherence and persistence to treatments through patient-centered education. Encourage effective dialogue between patients and healthcare providers. Support multiple disease states and therapies as needed. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree and/or BSN preferred; active RN license required. Minimum of 5 years clinical healthcare experience; prior nurse educator experience preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, iPad technology, and ability to work independently. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 70%; flexible to work evenings and weekends. #J-18808-Ljbffr
