As Corporate Strategy Manager, you’ll help shape the long-term direction of Viega’s North America business. Working closely with the Director of Strategy and Executive Leadership Team, you’ll turn market intelligence and business insights into strategic priorities, lead high-impact initiatives, and help drive sustainable growth. In this role, you will: Support the development and execution of Viega’s North America long-term strategy and strategic roadmap. Develop executive-ready recommendations supported by market, financial, and business analysis. Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and transformation programs from planning through implementation. Drive governance, performance reporting, and execution for key programs, including the regional 1,000-Day Plan. Translate market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics into strategic recommendations. Lead market sizing, demand forecasting, competitive analysis, and customer insight initiatives. Identify emerging opportunities, risks, and strategic implications for the business. Lead strategic evaluations, including M&A opportunities, commercial due diligence, and business case development. Build financial models, analytical frameworks, and executive presentations that support business decisions. Apply structured problem-solving to complex challenges and translate findings into clear actions. Serve as a trusted partner to the Director of Strategy, Executive Leadership Team, and senior business leaders. Collaborate across regional functions and Global Strategy to strengthen alignment and execution. Monitor progress against strategic priorities and recommend actions that improve performance. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, strategy, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred. 7+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a related discipline. Experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives. Experience supporting senior leaders with strategic planning and business decision-making. Strong strategic thinking, financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations for executive audiences. Strong project management, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with M&A evaluations, commercial due diligence, market intelligence, or demand forecasting preferred. What We Offer Base salary:$105,468 - $138,427 annually, based on experience, education, qualifications, and geographic location.
