Warehouse Area Team Leader - Replenishment (8 am start) $22/hr

Warehouse Area Supervisor assists the Area Manager in leading a team of warehouse associates, ensuring that all product is correctly and efficiently stocked, rotated, available and received to complete customers’ orders timely. The Area Supervisor will help train new associates on the requirements of the job including but not limited to: inventory control, product knowledge, product rotation, proper picking, Company policies and procedures, and using the Company’s computer systems. The successful Area Supervisor is self‑motivated, communicative and thrives in work environments requiring collaboration, team work and interpersonal skills, as well as managing conflict. Qualifications Must be 21 years or older Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university; or High School Diploma or GED plus three (3) or more years related experience in transportation, delivery, or logistics Prior experience in and an understanding of Warehouse and Warehouse operations Able to learn and maintain knowledge of the Company and products Working knowledge of computerized hand‑held devices Must be flexible to work additional hours when needed Responsibilities Supervising a team of warehouse associates overseeing proper product inventory, staging, rotation, breakdown, replenishment, returns, order fulfillment and quality control.
