Join NW Hospitality as we expand our horizons with a new dinner concept at our already popular breakfast restaurant, Cecilia! (SPRING OF 2024)

NW Hospitality Group is synonymous with extraordinary dining experiences, setting the standard for genuine hospitality and legendary service. Cecilia's dinner concept will captivate guests with Pacific Northwest-inspired cuisine, an exquisite bar program, and an emphasis on an unparalleled wine selection.

Cecilia has become a popular  breakfast restaurant since it's start in March of 2023. We have become known for our house -made breakfast delights, delicious craft cocktails and outstanding hospitality. We are now actively seeking dedicated and high-performing servers to join us for dinner for a upscale northwest-inspired scratch kitchen experience. We are looking to take this concept to the next level for dinner so fine dining experience or similar is recommended for this position.

Our hospitality group is known for our other concepts like Amaro's Table and most recently Gustav's. Amaro's Table is an award winning local restaurant with a scratch kitchen and craft bar with two locations in Vancouver, Washington. Our company has an established reputation of sincere, impeccable service, consistent quality and a high level of standards...true hospitality is at the forefront of everything we do. 

Here's what we re looking for:

1. Proven Excellence: Demonstrate a track record of exceptional service in high-end dining establishments. Your ability to create memorable dining experiences is crucial.

2. Culinary Acumen: Possess a deep understanding of food and wine pairings, allowing you to guide guests through our menu with confidence and enthusiasm.

3. Beverage Knowledge: An exceptional grasp of classic/modern cocktails, spirits, wine and beer. With the ability to guide guests according to their palate. 

4. Communication Prowess: Exemplify strong communication and interpersonal skills. Connecting with guests and collaborating with the team are integral parts of this role.

5. Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Your ability to stay composed during busy periods ensures a seamless dining experience for our guests.

6. Attention to Detail: Take pride in your work by maintaining a keen eye for detail. From table settings to order accuracy, your commitment to excellence shines through.
