Position: Marketing Specialist Location: West Hollywood, CA Industry: Luxury Resale (Startup) Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Mon-Fri Salary: $60K+ (DOE) Overview Our Client, a Japanese luxury resale startup is opening a new store in West Hollywood this October. This role will be responsible for leading digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales growth in the U.S. market. You will manage online advertising campaigns, optimize conversions, and propose new promotional strategies while collaborating closely with management and global teams. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) Analyze campaign performance and improve conversion rates (CVR optimization) Develop and propose new marketing strategies and promotional ideas Create marketing materials using design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports Collaborate with internal teams and provide strategic insights to management Support brand building and customer acquisition initiatives in the U.S. market Training Initial training provided Overseas training (Malaysia) for about 3 months Ongoing support from global marketing team Requirements Japanese bilingual skill required English: Business level Hands‑on experience in digital marketing (Google / Meta ads) Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion optimization Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.) Self‑starter with the ability to work in a fast‑paced startup environment Preferred Interest in luxury brands / resale market Experience in startup or small team environments Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making Experience in e‑commerce or retail marketing Work Environment Startup environment with high growth potential and flexibility Opportunity to take ownership of marketing strategy and execution Close collaboration with Japan HQ and global teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
