Join our 10-bed CSICU team, providing specialized care to critically ill patients recovering from complex cardiovascular surgeries.

What You'll Do

• Provide evidence-based care to high-acuity cardiovascular patients.
• Care for patients requiring ECMO, mechanical circulatory support, and advanced hemodynamic monitoring.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families while supporting teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and BLS certification.
• ACLS certification or willingness to obtain per unit requirements.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
