This community-based program provides comprehensive, integrated rehabilitation, treatment, and support services to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness who have had repeated hospitalizations and are at serious risk for psychiatric hospitalization.The mission of the PACT program is to decrease hospitalizations, increase vocational opportunities, and improve the quality of life for our consumers. PACT services are the most intensive level of outpatient services in the community.Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30a-5p with a 30 minute unpaid lunch; Saturday/Sunday as neededPay: $35.00 - $37.00 p/hourResponsibilities:Record physician's ordersOrder medicationArrange for all consumer medications to be organized through the team and integrated into staff daily and weekly schedulesProvide security for medications (daily supplies, long-term injectable and longer-term supplies and set aside a private, designated area for set up of medicationsAdminister medications to program consumersTrain other team members regarding medication education, medication delivery, and observation of self-administration of medicationMonitor medicationRegularly assess other team members' competency in this areaBenefits:Competitive base salariesMedical and dental insuranceVision planRetirement planFlexible spending plansEXCELLENT time benefitsOpportunity for personal and career growthTeam oriented environment – we practice the FISH Philosophy!Qualifications:Current NJ Registered Nurse (RN) licenseTwo years experience with SMI clientsAll positions require a valid driver's license in good standing and pre-employment drug screening.
