Program Manager, Behavioral Health & Peer Support
The Peer Company
The Peer Company is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the BHRN in Clackamas and Washington Counties. You will supervise Peer Support Specialists, help develop program materials, and ensure compliance with grant and contract terms. You will coordinate onboarding and ongoing training, attend meetings with partners and funders, and collaborate with the Program Director to optimize outcomes. This exempt role requires strong leadership and relationship-building across diverse teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Peer Company
