Retail Sales Worker Job Details:

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

Location: 1661 E Camelback Rd #300 Phoenix, AZ 85016

Starting Pay Rate: $17.00/hour + (based on experience)

Temporary to hire

Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with booking lodging, tour, and activity reservations
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Upsell and cross-sell products, services, and travel experiences when appropriate
• Enhance the guest experience and Build rapport with guests and provide accurate information about destinations and offerings by providing world-class service.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and reservation issues in a timely manner including; reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests
• Maintain accurate customer records and reservation details in company systems
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must reside in the greater Phoenix area.
• Minimum home internet speed of 50 Mbps required.
• 1-3 years of customer service, sales, hospitality, or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell, cross-sell, and overcome objections.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and internet navigation.
• Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and strong attendance record.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment after training.

Training Requirements:

• Training consists of up to one week of in-person training followed by up to one week of remote training.
• Attendance during training is mandatory; must successfully complete all scheduled training days to remain eligible for the position.
• Must be available to work a 40-hour schedule during the fiscal week (Thursday-Wednesday).
• Must be available to work between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday through Sunday
• Weekend availability is required, including at least one weekend day and potentially both Saturday and Sunday
