Job Description

• Manage projects from preconstruction through completion
• Support preconstruction efforts including budgeting and planning
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Oversee project schedules, costs, and quality control
• Report directly to the Greenville Market Lead

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Background in higher education, institutional, or school projects
• Experience with negotiated or CMaR project delivery
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, and Viewpoint

$100,000 - $140,000 base salary
