About Our Client

Our client, a wellestablished and growing General Contractor, is seeking a Project Manager to join their Greenville team. This is an urgent backfill hire supporting a strong pipeline of commercial and higher education work.

The PM will work in-office, partnering closely with the VP of operations (reporting to one of our previous placements) and supporting projects across commercial offices, and higher education projects with typical project values up to $50M.

Job Description

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to oversee progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve any project-related issues or challenges promptly.
• Support the operations team in all administrative and operational tasks related to construction projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 7+ Years GC experience
• A genuine passion for the industry, strong communication, and commitment to owner relationships
• Experience or exposure to estimating, scheduling, buyouts, procurement, and understanding the full project lifecycle
• Construction degree preferred, but equivalent handson experience considered
