Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, members, staff, and vendors at the front desk and directing them appropriately. Carry out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control protocols, and visitor registration requirements for a technology, media, and telecommunications location. Monitor entry activity, maintain accurate visitor and incident records, and report unusual conditions to the appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures. Help to deter unauthorized access by verifying credentials, managing keys or access devices as assigned, and maintaining a professional presence at the front desk. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
