Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead regional sales growth, strengthen key customer relationships, and expand our presence across the medical and surgical market.

This role is suited to a sales leader with a strong background in medical devices or surgical products, a solid understanding of the OR environment, and a proven ability to develop sales territories and lead commercial growth.

The ideal candidate brings industry relationships, strategic sales experience, and the ability to turn market opportunities into sustainable revenue.

Responsibilties

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
\n
• Lead business development across hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and healthcare networks.
\n
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospital leadership, supply chain teams, and purchasing decision-makers.
\n
• Identify new markets, accounts, and opportunities to expand the company's product portfolio.
\n
• Develop and manage relationships with distributors, channel partners, and other key stakeholders.
\n
• Support and guide sales representatives in pipeline development, account management, and closing opportunities.
\n
• Monitor regional performance, sales forecasts, market trends, and competitor activity.
\n
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer engagement, product positioning, and sales execution.

Qualification:

• Required: Strong experience in medical device, surgical products, or medical/surgical sales.
\n
• Demonstrated success in regional sales leadership, territory development, or strategic account management.
\n
• Established relationships within hospitals, ASCs, surgical departments, or healthcare distribution networks.
\n
• Experience developing sales strategies and consistently achieving revenue targets.
\n
• Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
\n
• Ability to identify market opportunities and build long-term customer partnerships.
\n
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
