Social Services Assistant Responsible to assist Social Service Coordinator and Social Workers in providing medically related social services so that each resident/resident may attain or maintain the highest practicable level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Promotes a climate, policies and routines that enable residents to maximize their individuality, independence, and dignity.
