Lead Restoration TechnicianSeeking a Lead Restoration Technician with fire, water, and mold restoration experience for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Lakeway, TX.Working Location: Greater Austin, TX area Pay Range: $26hr - $36hr (based on experience) Base hours/Schedule: M - F, 8am - 5pm, +OT (also on-call rotation) Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO (3 weeks), company truck for experienced candidateResponsibilities:Perform water, fire, and mold restoration services in residential and commercial environmentsLead or assist crews on mitigation and restoration projectsCommunicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and team membersMonitor project progress and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standardsDocument job details, moisture readings, photos, and project updates using industry softwareSet up and monitor drying equipment and containment systemsMaintain clean and organized job sites, vehicles, and equipmentParticipate in rotating on-call/weekend coverage schedulesFollow all company safety procedures and industry best practicesQualifications:3+ years of restoration experience in water, fire, or mold remediationStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to build rapport with customers and represent the company professionallyAbility to work independently and lead projects or crews when neededExperience with restoration software platforms including MICA/Mitigate, Xactimate, DASH, and/or Contents TrackValid driver's license with a clean driving recordProfessional appearance and attitudeNon-smoking workplace compliancePreferred Certifications:WTR (Water Damage Restoration Technician)MRS (Mold Remediation Specialist)FSRT (Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician)Experience with restoration software platforms including:If you are interested in learning more about this role, please submit your resume for immediate consideration!
