Location: Onsite - Everett Clinic Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 Employee, Non-Exempt Hourly Rate: $22-24/hr Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (no nights or weekends!) Reports To: Regional Manager

TMS Technician Responsibilities

• Administer TMS treatments under physician direction (training provided).
• Create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic experience for every patient.
• Educate prospective patients about TMS therapy.
• Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
• Support clinic operations through administrative tasks and team collaboration.

Requirements TMS Technician Qualifications Preferred Education: BS in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field. 2+ years in healthcare, patient care, or medical office support (CNA, MA, Patient Care Tech, etc.). Proficient with Microsoft Office; EHR experience a plus. Comfortable working with medical/mechanical devices. Patient-centered, compassionate team player who is professional, punctual, and proactive Detail-oriented and tech-savvy with a strong desire to learn, grow, and adapt Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage details effectively Preferred: BLS certification.
