You will work with active buyers by scheduling and conducting property showings, helping clients compare homes, answering questions, and creating a professional experience throughout the home search. Every appointment gives you the opportunity to strengthen your communication skills, expand your knowledge of the local market, and build confidence while working directly with clients.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will learn proven systems, improve follow-up, and develop the habits that help successful agents grow their business. Through consistent activity and hands-on experience, you will gain exposure to contracts, negotiations, buyer consultations, and the complete transaction process.

Compensation:

$140,000+ at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
• Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
• Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
• Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary
• Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions

Qualifications:

• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly

• Real estate license required
• Ability to learn and be coachable
• Sales experience
