Logistics Manager

Overview Outbound Logistics Manager – Etna, OH. Exempt, salaried position with annual pay ranging from $75,000 to $80,000 , plus a 10% annual bonus. Shift schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:30pm. Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day operations across salaried and hourly staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Resolve performance issues and maintain employee relations. Collaborate with senior management and customers to align account strategy with expectations and demands. Handle payroll, accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing. Analyze weekly and monthly P&L statements to determine account profitability and provide financial data along with weekly operations reports to senior leadership. Hold safety & security meetings, deliver safety training, and enforce safety regulations. Perform additional duties as assigned and remain available for flexible work shifts. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred. Three (3) or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations. Two (2) or more years of experience managing and leading direct reports. Excellent knowledge of transportation and/or warehouse logistics operations (advanced expertise). Excellent knowledge of safety and security requirements (advanced expertise). Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word). Strong leadership, motivational, verbal and written communication skills. Effective interpersonal, problem‑solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize, structure, and schedule tasks to maximize effort and meet deadlines. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is desirable for certain locations.
