Senior Kinaxis Solution Architect

Job Description Our client is undergoing a strategic transition from SAP APO to Kinaxis as part of a long-term supply chain modernization initiative. As the organization prepares for go-live and ongoing support, they are seeking a Senior Kinaxis Solution Architect to lead post-implementation support, enhancements, integration troubleshooting, and solution optimization efforts. This individual will serve as the primary functional and technical expert between Kinaxis and SAP environments, partnering closely with supply chain stakeholders and ensuring a smooth transition from the current system integrator. Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead architect supporting Kinaxis following implementation and go-live activities.
• Design, support, and optimize Kinaxis supply chain planning solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between SAP and Kinaxis environments.
• Provide guidance on system enhancements, process improvements, and future-state roadmap initiatives.
• Partner with supply chain, planning, procurement, and IT teams to ensure solution effectiveness.
• Act as a technical liaison between business stakeholders and implementation/support partners.
• Establish best practices and governance for Kinaxis support and enhancement activities.

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain technology, solution architecture, or enterprise application support.
• Hands-on experience with Kinaxis (RapidResponse/Maestro) implementations, support, or architecture.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and procurement.
• Experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP environments.
• Knowledge of SAP APO and SAP Supply Chain processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex data and integration issues across platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience operating in architect or technical lead capacities. • Experience supporting post-implementation stabilization efforts.
• Experience transitioning responsibilities from a system integrator to internal support teams.
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or large-scale supply chain environments.
• Ability to work onsite and build relationships with business stakeholders. Insight Global
