Hire, train, and lead staff while fostering a positive, growth‑oriented work environment. Maintain high standards in food, service, and hospitality through hands‑on supervision and mentoring. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability. Support marketing efforts, programming, and guest engagement strategies to drive traffic and retention. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth front and back‑of‑house coordination. Uphold health, safety and regulatory compliance at all times. Build strong community relationships and a loyal base of regular guests. Experience: At least three years of progressive management experience in the Colorado restaurant industry, with a preference for boutique or upscale dining establishments.
