Accounting Operations Specialist

The Accounting Operation Specialist, Will be working directly with our shippers and carriers while performing several accounting administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Duties/Responsibilities: Manage payments and respond to payment status requests from carriers Answering AP calls and tickets Post payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card payments Working collections for assigned shippers Working aging statements for assigned shippers Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.
