Role Overview

The Marketing Communication Specialist – Benelux will support the Benelux team in creating high-impact events and executing marketing campaigns.

In this versatile role, you will provide comprehensive all-round marketing support, ensuring our brand identity and technological innovations are seamlessly communicated across the market. You naturally blend a performance-driven data mindset with a healthy dose of creativity. Thanks to your flexible attitude, you effortlessly switch gears between long-term content planning, data analysis, and the fast-paced energy of the event floor.

Key Responsibilities

• General Marketing Support: Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities across the Benelux region. You will manage and optimize our online and offline communication channels—including websites, social media channels, newsletters, and activation materials—while lending a hand with general PR tasks.
• Passion for Marketing Performance: Maintain a strong, result-driven focus. You will track campaign KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and leverage data insights (such as reach, sentiment, and conversion rates) to continuously optimize our digital strategies and maximize ROI.
• Creative Mindset & Content Creation: Bring fresh ideas to the table. You will conceptualize and design innovative, locally relevant marketing materials, social assets, and creator briefs that resonate deeply with our tech-savvy audience.
• Passion for Events: Thrive on the organization and execution of live brand experiences. You will support the planning and coordination of vehicle launches, press drives, retail activations, and flagship media events from start to finish, ensuring everyone walks away with the ultimate "XPENG experience."
• Flexible Mindset & Adaptability: Excel within a fast-paced, international scale-up environment. You are quick to adapt to shifting priorities, ready to tackle ad-hoc projects, and willing to work flexible hours (including occasional evenings/weekends) during major events.

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related commercial field.
• Professional Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in an all-round marketing or communications role.
• Language Skills: Fluent English is mandatory (both written and verbal). Proficiency in Dutch and/or French is a strong plus.
• Creative Drive: A naturally creative thinker who can translate complex tech and AI concepts into engaging, highly visual storytelling.
• Performance Focus: A clear passion for data-driven marketing; statistics and metrics inspire you to fine-tune campaigns rather than slow you down.
• Event Savvy: Highly organized with a genuine love for hosting, planning, and executing seamless events.
• Agile Attitude: A flexible mindset tailored to a fast-moving, international, agent-led business model.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in the automotive (EV), consumer technology, or mobility sectors.
