As a Principal Product Marketing Manager (PMM), you will own the go-to-market story for Harness Continuous Delivery our cornerstone product for delivering software through environments and into production quickly, safely, and securely.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing. You'll shape how the industry thinks about CD in the AI era, and drive our competitive edge against CD specialists like Octopus Deploy and Akuity, as well as DevOps platforms that include CD, like GitHub Actions and GitLab.

Whether you are a marketer who has become more technical over time or an engineer who has grown into GTM, this is your chance to define the category and make your mark.

Think of this role as the mini-CMO for your module. You'll drive messaging, competitive positioning, sales enablement, customer storytelling, and analyst engagement while also influencing the roadmap with win/loss insights and customer feedback. It's strategic, visible, and broad in scope, with plenty of hands-on execution to bring the story to life.

To give you a sense of the impact we care about, here are a few example metrics we use to measure success in this role. You don't need to have all of these in your background but if you do, highlight them in your resume:

• Improved win rate in competitive deals.
• Pipeline influenced or created by your campaigns, content, or enablement.
• Sales confidence & adoption of your playbooks, training, and competitive tools.
• Customer proof points you've helped create (case studies, references, event speakers).
• Analyst or market recognition you've driven through positioning and storytelling.
