About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to spearhead the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives that drive business growth, workforce transformation, and organizational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that is in line with the company's business objectives. This includes serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on talent strategy, organizational design, succession planning, and culture. The role also involves leading the evaluation and optimization of AI-enabled HR tools, transforming the talent acquisition function, and partnering with business leaders on strategic workforce planning. Applicants for the Vice President of Human Resources position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. A professional certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior or executive-level roles, and a proven track record in leading enterprise-wide strategic HR initiatives. Strong experience with AI applications in HR, particularly in talent acquisition and workforce planning, is essential. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills, as well as a deep knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices. Experience in a complex, fast-paced, or high-growth environment is a key requirement.
