You will manage an AI-enabled pod responsible for the guest-facing application, blending 70% hands-on development with 30% leadership, code reviews, and solutioning. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of tech lead experience, AI tooling familiarity, and strong .NET Core/C# and mobile development skills, plus microservices and API design.
