Executive Recruiter – Entry Level Business Development Focus Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, competitive, and entrepreneurial Entry-Level Executive Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is heavily focused on prospecting, business development, and relationship building, making it ideal for individuals with a strong sales mindset who are eager to build a career in executive search and recruiting. No prior recruiting experience is required. We are looking for driven professionals who are confident communicating with people, comfortable making outbound calls, and motivated by performance-based success. What You’ll Do Business Development & Prospecting Identify and connect with prospective clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals Build relationships with hiring managers, executives, and business leaders Generate new business opportunities and schedule meetings with decision-makers Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and open opportunities Learn how to position recruiting and talent solutions to companies across multiple industries Consistently meet outreach, activity, and business development goals Recruiting & Candidate Engagement Source and identify high-quality candidates for leadership and executive-level positions Conduct introductory candidate conversations and screenings Build relationships with professionals and maintain ongoing communication Coordinate interviews and assist throughout the hiring process Learn executive search strategies, recruiting techniques, and market intelligence Relationship Building Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and candidates Deliver a high level of communication, follow-through, and customer service Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals Collaborate with senior recruiters and leadership to support search assignments and client growth What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Competitive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated personality Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Prior experience in sales, customer service, athletics, hospitality, or leadership roles is a plus Naturally confident and persuasive Resilient and not discouraged by rejection Motivated by earning potential and career advancement Strong networking and relationship-building instincts Coachable and eager to develop professionally Thrives in a team-oriented but competitive environment This position is designed for ambitious individuals looking to build a long-term career in executive recruiting, business development, and sales.
