Technical Support Representative – Aetna – Salary: $20–30 per hour – Location: Nashville, USA – Education: Bachelor’s Degree. All applicants must live within 50 miles of Richardson and may be required to report to the office as often as every other month or when a power disruption or company need arises. Work from home is a flexible option available. You must have a quiet, private space with a closed door suitable for live troubleshooting, and a reliable internet connection of at least 150Mbps to support home‑based work. If your network or power is interrupted and you cannot resolve the issue promptly, you may be asked to return to the decision center no longer than one hour after the interruption. On‑site work is also an option. Key Responsibilities As a technical support consultant, you will answer live troubleshooting calls every day, providing timely, 1st‑call‑resolution and customer‑satisfaction driven service to CVS store employees, pharmacy staff, and Minute Clinic personnel regarding hardware, pharmacy, point‑of‑sale systems, Minute Health Center and photo equipment. You will work closely with a manager of technical assistance and follow escalation and observational procedures to ensure timely resolution of incidents. Primary Duties Record issues, complete trouble tickets, and request data within the support system. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of current regulations, procedures, and troubleshooting techniques. Manage call workload effectively. Provide excellent customer service by diagnosing and resolving issues and requests within the agreed service levels. Collaborate well within a team environment. Schedule Full‑time, five days a week with one weekend shift per week. Required Qualifications Minimum 6 months of experience with software packages, hardware diagnostics, and/or technical call center or help desk support. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a help desk/call center environment providing technical support in a retail setting. Proficiency with computer hardware and software applications.
