As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, you'll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members to positively impact our mission of making communities healthier.Join our team in a 24 bed unit staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (NAs), and monitor techs. This unit focuses on Pre & Post Cardiac Cath patients with 24 hr cardiac monitoring.A Certified Nursing Assistant I (CNA I), who excels in this role:Monitor vital signs/blood sugarsAssists patients with activities of daily living; Document and report abnormal findings or changes in patient conditionMeasure and document input/output and weightsAssist nurse as neededAnswer call lightsAssist with patient admission, transfer and dischargeProvide care appropriate to the condition/age of the patientDistribute drinks and/or snacksMaintain clean and neat patient room and work environment.All other duties as assignedWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
